Information we collect
Plattd stores the account information you provide directly, such as your email address, sign-in method, display name, public handle, bio, and home city or market when you set one.
Plattd also stores the product activity you create inside the app, including dish ratings, quick takes, saved items, creator-profile information, avatar images, and photos you upload with dishes.

How we use information
We use your information to run the app, personalize dish and creator experiences, show your own history and saved items, and improve the quality of restaurant, dish, and creator data.
We may also use diagnostics and aggregate usage data to investigate bugs, prevent abuse, and understand which surfaces are working well or need improvement.
What may be public
If your account becomes a public creator account, parts of your profile and your curated output may be visible on Plattd web and app surfaces. That can include your display name, public handle, bio, public creator summary, top dishes, recent takes, latest dish photos, and nearby creator picks.
Dish photos and other user-generated content may also appear in product surfaces where that content is needed to support rankings, creator pages, moderation, or discovery.
Third-party services
Plattd relies on third-party infrastructure and identity providers to operate. These services may process limited information needed to authenticate you, store content, resolve places, monitor reliability, or deliver core product functionality.

Your choices
You can update parts of your profile information in the app. If you upload images or creator-profile content, only upload material you own or have the right to share.
Broader account-deletion, export, and region-specific privacy workflows are not yet described here as dedicated product flows, but privacy and support questions can still be sent to the contact address below.
