Using Plattd

You may use Plattd only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Plattd may change, improve, or discontinue parts of the product over time.

User-generated content

You remain responsible for the ratings, quick takes, photos, profile text, and other content you submit. You should only submit content you own or have the right to share.

By submitting content to Plattd, you give Plattd the rights reasonably necessary to host, display, moderate, distribute, and operate that content within the service.

Content rules

Content submitted to Plattd must not be deceptive, unlawful, explicit, abusive, infringing, spammy, or otherwise harmful to the product or other users.

• Do not upload photos you do not own or have rights to share
• Do not upload explicit, graphic, illegal, deceptive, or spam content
• Do not impersonate other people or misrepresent restaurants, dishes, or creator identity
• Do not misuse public creator profiles or nearby recommendation surfaces for harassment or manipulation

Moderation and enforcement

Plattd may review, remove, restrict, or suppress content that violates these terms or creates product-quality, safety, or legal risk. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

Public creator status is discretionary. Meeting creator thresholds does not guarantee approval, and public creator access may be revoked if quality or policy expectations are not maintained.

Public recommendations and profiles

Plattd surfaces recommendations, creator picks, and public profiles using community input and internal ranking logic. Those outputs are informational product surfaces, not guarantees of availability, quality, or suitability.

Restaurants, dishes, business hours, and creator content can change over time. Use your own judgment when acting on recommendations.

Plattd is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that every public or nearby recommendation surface will always be complete or current.
